Two Niedermair Stallions selected for 2007 Southern German stallion approvals
The stallion approvals, with an auction to follow, will take place between February 1st and 3rd in Munich-Riem.
One of the stallions is Laconte, a three year old son of Landprinz (an international showjumper), out of a dam by Contender - Raueck. He is especially remarkable in the rideability department and fulfills all the necessary requirements for a showjumper. This stallion will definately be auctioned on February 3rd next year, whether he gets approved or not.
Cornwell is a 2 year old stallion by Collin L, out of a Legendaer II - Pablo dam, who was bred but is not owned by the Niedermair family. He is going for his approvals, but will not be auctioned. "I think this lovely young stallion has a definite chance to be approved," says breeder Georg Niedermair. "Next year, he will be ridden by Uwe Schwanz (www.uweschwanz.com), who is currently also training him for the approvals, and will be prepared for the young horse championships.
